- Keith Scott, Chief Executive Officer

Keith Scott brings to UltraCell more than 15 years CEO experience in venture-backed companies focused on bringing to new technologies to market. He was previously Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing of Flextronics and went on to be CEO of several companies. He was CEO at Metcal, a material science company where he transitioned the company from an R & D company to a products company. He was also CEO at Bindco which was an early leader in providing outsourced order management and fulfillment services for technology companies. He was also an Entrepreneur in Residence at Red Rock Ventures where he held interim CEO positions for portfolio companies and assisted in the deal generation and evaluation. He also served as SVP of Alien Technology, the leading supplier in the Wal-Mart RFID initiative, where he was responsible for developing and implementing their initial worldwide go to market strategy. Mr. Scott holds an MBA and a BA from UCLA.
- Ian Kaye, Chief Technical Officer

Ian Kaye has been active in the fuel cell industry for more than a decade and has
more than 40 patents in fuel cells, fuel processors, fuel delivery and fuel cell systems.
Ian is a founding member of the UltraCell team and invented UltraCell Corporation's
reformed methanol fuel cell technology platform which is the core of the UltraCell
XX25™ Fuel Cell.
As Chief Technical Officer, Ian is responsible for the development of new fuel cell
technologies which will further increase the performance of UltraCell Corporation's
reformed hydrogen fuel cells. He also actively helps to establish strategic partnerships
with military and fuel components providers.
Prior to joining UltraCell, Ian served as Senior Engineer at Analytic Power Corporation
and worked on membrane electrode assembly (MEA) fabrication, fuel processing, high pressure
hydrogen generation and residential fuel cells. Ian has a B.S. degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.
- Bob Zapotosky, Vice President of Finance

Prior to joining UltraCell, Bob Zapotosky ran a consulting practice that specialized
in providing on-demand CFO/COO capabilities to companies too small to require or afford
a full-time executive. Prior to that, he was CFO and Vice President of Administration at
All Covered, a nationwide provider of outsourced IT services to small businesses. Prior
to joining All Covered, Bob was Director of Finance and IT at Flextronics International,
a multi-billion dollar manufacturer of electronics products. In this capacity, he was
responsible for reorganizing and growing Flextronics' planning and analysis function
and business intelligence systems. Prior to Flextronics, Bob was Vice President and COO
of Electronic Lighting, a development-stage company. Before Electronic Lighting, Bob was
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Metcal, where he was an instrumental part of
the company's successful turnaround team.
Throughout his career, Bob has fulfilled strategic responsibilities in the areas of
Accounting, Information Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Administration.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and is a non-practicing CPA.
- Joe MacLeish, Vice President of Engineering

Joe MacLeish brings to UltraCell more than 20 years of experience at the senior level in
engineering, operations and customer support. Prior to UltraCell, Mr. MacLeish was Vice
President of Engineering, Operations and Customer Service at Gatan where he supported the
company in its transition from a development organization into a product company. Mr. MacLeish
has extensive experience in the commercialization of revolutionary technologies, including
roles as Vice President of R&D for PRI Automation and Concept Systems Design, COO of Synthetica
Technologies, President and Founder of BlueSky, Inc., and Vice President of Engineering at
several other leading semiconductor and industrial automation companies.
Mr. MacLeish holds an MS in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of California, Berkeley, California, along with a BA in Physics from UC Santa
Barbara.
